Men and The Spa - their Secret Love - Pampering !

Did you see the most recent Mastercard commercial? I saw it on television tonight and and chuckled . . .This whole football team is at a spa - the guys are running around in these white terry cloth robes on the beach, doing yoga at the water's edge, and getting massages - and no women ! just good 'clean' male fun.!

Men like to be pampered! Here's a great way to do a fast and effective "Spa Technique' - right in your office and especially for those guys whose hands live on the keyboard ! Guys usually like to have the techniques done to them, or for them - but this one they can do for themselves easily!

This helps to avoid computer strain:

1. Get your favorite moisturizer and put it thickly onto your hands.
2. Interlace your fingers and use your thumb to massage the palm of the other hand.
3. Find the sore spots and press down with your thumb and hold 30 seconds.
4. Now switch hands.

Remember to breathe deeply into the belly and let your shoulders drop naturally.
